Married for more than 25 years, Lisa and Chuck are the parents of two daughters, Claire and Jacks. Claire is a graduate of Furman University, and Jacks is a recent graduate of Lisa’s alma mater, the University of South Carolina.
In addition to her professional achievements, Lisa is an active member of Simpsonville First Baptist Church, where she enjoys engaging with the community. When she is not working, Lisa loves being outdoors with her family, taking weekend trips to the beach, and following any and all sports events.

Katina Shirley was born and raised in Greenville, SC and is a proud Clemson University graduate and avid Tiger fan. This year will be her tenth year in the real estate industry, and her favorite aspects include problem solving and creatively staging unique spaces.
Married to her high school sweetheart for more than 30 years, the two have made Simpsonville their home where they have raised their three sons. Katina is passionate about art, architecture, home decor, and hosting. She is an active member of Grace Church and currently attends the Harrison Bridge campus.

Chandler Rushing has been blessed to call upstate SC home for her entire life. She found a forever home in Simpsonville, SC where she currently resides with her husband, Harley, and son, Jack.
Chandler completed her B.A. in Special Education from Clemson University. After spending time in the classroom, she decided to channel her passion of loving others into design and creativity in real estate. She currently co-owns a design business, Neighborly, with her best friend and GREA teammate, Jessica. On the weekends you can find Chandler outside with her family, reading a good book, shopping for the best pair of shoes, and always wearing orange and purple!

Jessica Snyder is originally from Georgia, and moved to Simpsonville, SC, as a teenager. She met her husband while attending Hillcrest high school, and they have been married for over 14 years. They have two wonderful boys and a new fur baby—a golden retriever named Bowers (Go Bulldogs!).
With her degree in communications and love for design, Jessica co-owns Neighborly, a design business, with her best friend and fellow GREA agent, Chandler. Gera Mort is a Virginia native who relocated to South Carolina in 2021 to be closer to family and enjoy the warm weather. A former college athlete, Gera attended and played three sports at Southern California College in Orange County where she obtained a B.S. in Political Science and History with a minor in Business. Gera and her husband, Doug, have been married for over 35 years and fell in love with the city of Greenville after their son moved here with his family. Gera and Doug are active members at Greenville First and Holly Tree Country Club. When she is not working, you can find Gera spending time with her friends and family, playing tennis, and traveling.
